Job Description:
As an Oracle Functional Consultant specializing in EBS R12 Finance , you will play a vital role in providing functional expertise, implementing, and optimizing Oracle E-Business Suite solutions for our government client in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
  1. Oracle EBS R12 Finance Implementation: Lead and contribute to the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Finance Module, ensuring alignment with the government organization's requirements.
  2. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for finance processes.
  3. Business Process Mapping: Map business processes to Oracle EBS functionalities, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  4. Configuration and Set-Up: Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet the specific needs and requirements of the government organization.
  5. User Training: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient utilization of Oracle EBS Finance functionalities.
  6. Testing and Validation: Coordinate and participate in testing activities to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant in EBS R12 Finance.
  3. Expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
  4. Strong understanding of financial business processes and best practices.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
  6. Proven experience in leading Oracle EBS Finance implementations.
Advantageous Qualifications:
  1. Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Certification.
  2. Experience working with government organizations.
  3. Familiarity with government-specific financial processes and regulations.
